“Most men dress for the world they are in.
I guide them to dress for the world they are building.”

The Story
Some credentials are earned in a classroom. Others are inherited through blood, refined through decades of deliberate practice, and ultimately forged in the quiet moments when a man looks in the mirror and finally sees himself clearly.
Itzy did not set out to become an Image & Success Architect. He became one the way all great practitioners do — through mastery layered upon mastery, each discipline revealing something the previous one could not fully answer. It began with the barber’s chair: the intimacy of it, the trust it demands, the transformation that unfolds in twenty minutes of skilled hands and attentive presence. A licensed barber, Itzy completed both cosmetology and cosmetology instructor hours — credentials earned with rigor, held for over two decades.
That standard of excellence found its way into education. Itzy taught for LAUSD, then went further: founding Heads Swarthys, a state-approved barber and cosmetology apprenticeship school (“swarthys.org”) — an institution built on the conviction that this craft deserves to be transmitted with the same reverence as any other high art. He is currently advancing toward certified trichologist status, bringing clinical-grade scalp and hair science into an arena that has long relied on tradition alone.
Style, for Itzy, was never only about hair. A second-generation tailor, he absorbed the language of fit, fabric, and silhouette before he could name it — at the hands of a father who understood that a man’s clothes either tell his story or betray it. That inheritance, combined with years as a personal shopper refining taste and building client trust, evolved into something no single title could contain: Image & Success Architecture — the practice of building a man’s external presentation from the inside out.
The tradition runs deep. His brother and sister are both barbers and stylists. This is not background noise — it is the frequency his work operates on: a family lineage of service, skill, and the belief that how a man presents himself is never trivial. It is the opening argument of every room he enters.
Owls & Wolves is the culmination of this journey. Not a salon. Not a styling service. A sanctuary — where identity is examined, refined, and introduced to the world it was always meant to occupy.

The Philosophy
Presence is not an accessory. It is infrastructure — and like all infrastructure, it must be built with intention.
What most grooming and styling services address is the surface. Itzy starts where the surface originates: self-image. The story a man tells himself about who he is will always precede — and ultimately determine — how he shows up in the world. Before the wardrobe. Before the cut. Before the color science. There is the question of identity.
From there, the work moves outward with precision. Hair and scalp health — informed by trichology, not guesswork. Grooming protocols that reflect the man’s actual life and ambitions. A wardrobe built around personal color science, because the right palette does not merely flatter — it communicates authority, health, and vitality before a word is spoken. Posture. Voice. The way a man occupies a room.
This is what Itzy means by identity architecture. Not a makeover. Not a style refresh. A deliberate, layered construction of presence — one that compounds over time, the way all real investments do. Because the better you look, the better you feel. The better you feel, the better you perform. And the better you perform, the more permanent your legacy.
“The better you look, the better you feel.
The better you feel, the better you perform.
The better you perform, the more permanent your legacy.”
